Refund Policy

At Geloof Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of international trading of pharmaceutical and medical-related products, we maintain the following refund policy:

  1. Order Confirmation:
    Once an order is confirmed and processed with the manufacturer, cancellations are only possible under exceptional circumstances (e.g., production halt, government export restriction).

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:
    If you receive damaged or incorrect products, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    Pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and APIs are strictly non-returnable due to health and safety regulations, unless the product was defective or not as per the agreed specification.

  4. Refund Process:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method or as mutually agreed upon.
