3. Order & Payment Terms:
   All orders are subject to confirmation, availability, and agreement of terms such as:

• Payment Method: LC, TT, DP, or agreed terms.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) as specified per product.
• Shipping costs, customs, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping & Delivery:
   Shipping timelines depend on the manufacturer’s production schedule and logistics availability. We are committed to smooth and timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by customs, transport strikes, or force majeure.
5. Legal Compliance:
   All parties must ensure compliance with the pharmaceutical laws and import regulations of the destination country. Geloof Bangladesh does not take responsibility for shipments held or rejected by foreign customs if legal requirements are not met.
